Outputs are informational research assistance, not legal, financial, tax, surveying, brokerage, or investment advice. Verify property facts and obtain qualified local advice before acting.

Observed sentiment reflects only the cited sources and coverage window. Simulated actor response is a model of a configured statistical population, not a survey of real people. Market-transmission and investment-impact layers remain unavailable until separately calibrated and approved. None of these layers predicts a guaranteed price, rent, return, or individual decision.

Provide only information you are authorized to use. Do not upload secrets, identity documents, payment information, or confidential records. Review sources, assumptions, and uncertainty before relying on an output.

Use the camera, microphone, listing material, and property documents only where you have permission to do so. You are responsible for obtaining any notice or consent required before recording another person and for complying with rules that apply at the property.

Chat voice input relies on the speech-recognition capability supplied by your browser or operating system, which may process microphone audio locally or through its provider under separate terms. Review the transcript before sending it; after submission it is treated like chat text you typed.

Guided Property Viewing identifies a conservative set of visible, photograph-supported concerns. It cannot see concealed conditions, establish causes, test operation or safety, determine code compliance, or replace an in-person inspection by a suitably qualified local professional.

Property workspaces are private by default. If you create a report link, anyone who receives that link may be able to view the included report until it expires or you revoke it. Review the included-content summary before sharing and protect the link accordingly.

Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful discrimination, credential abuse, scraping in breach of source terms, or decisions based on protected characteristics.

Send referral invitations only to people who agreed to receive them. Do not use self-referrals, misleading promotion, automated invitations, or duplicate claims.

The service may be changed, suspended, or unavailable. Research outputs and saved browser data are provided without a guarantee of permanence or completeness.

The support page saves a device draft and, after verified sign-in, can submit a durable general support request. It is not designated for legal notices, privacy-rights requests, regulatory complaints, or service of process. Do not assume a draft or general support submission satisfies a legal deadline or notice requirement.
